Executed internal conversions

GET /v1/merchant/conversions scope: merchant:read
Merchant account

Keyset pagination, strictly descending by (created_at, id), without OFFSET.

Rows have no status field because this business line has no statuses: an order appearing here has executed. These financial records are never deleted or rewritten.

Fields are identical to the execution response from POST, except for duplicated. Amounts are decimal strings; precision for each side comes from ledger_scale_from / ledger_scale_to.
