Webhook 投递记录（不含 payload）

GET /v1/webhooks/deliveries scope: merchant:read

商户自身

排查「我为什么没收到这个事件」的唯一入口。

status 里最该认得的是 no_subscriber：事件发生时你一个匹配的

端点都没配。它与「投递失败」是两回事 —— 前者要去配端点，

后者要去看你自己的服务。认不出的状态原样回显，别 default 成失败。

不下发 payload：它可能含会员的资金明细，而这一页是排查用的。

要看内容走对应的业务查询接口。

last_http_status 是你的端点上次回的 HTTP 码（从没投过时是 0）。

查询参数

字段	类型	必填	说明
`status`	string	可选	只看某一档（`pending` / `sent` / `failed` / `dead` / `no_subscriber`）。空串或省略 = 全部；填一个不存在的值不会报错，只会返回空页。
`limit`	integer	可选	缺省 20、上限 100
`cursor`	string	可选	上一页的 `next_cursor`（不透明串）
