GET /v1/reports scope: merchant:read

商户自身

keyset 游标，按 (created_at, id) 严格递减，不用 OFFSET。

status 五档：queued · building · ready · failed ·

expired。认不出的原样回显（我方加一档时只改库，

静默 default 成「处理中」会让新增的那一档在你的界面上消失）。

rows / bytes 只在 ready 之后有意义，此前是 0。
error 是失败原因，四种：too_large（超过 2 万行，缩短 days

或分月导）· unknown_kind · build_timeout · build_failed。

一个没有原因的「失败」只会变成一张工单，所以它必须出参。

expires_at 是生成件的下架时刻（ready 之后保留 7 天）。

⚠ 这一页不带 download_url —— 取件前先 GET /v1/reports/{id}。
