按方向配：USDT→USD 与 USD→USDT 是两条独立记录，费率不必对称、

可以只关一个。把它当成一条无向边缓存起来，会让「只关了一个方向」

在你这一侧表现成两个方向都能下单，然后成交时被拒。

这个清单已经做过逐方向的平台回落：你没配的方向会落到平台默认值。

所以清单里出现的方向就是你的会员在 App 上看得到的那些。

不分页（has_more 恒为 false），但信封形状与所有清单端点一致 ——

你的通用翻页器可以照常吃它。
