Submit L1 or L2 supplement answers as parameters

POST /v1/kyc/supplements/{id} scope: kyc:write
On behalf of a member · x-on-behalf-of required Requires x-idempotency-key

Submit answers by template index. text is at most 500 characters; photo is a file_url uploaded by this member through /v1/kyc/files. The case is valid for 14 days after creation. Maximum JSON size: 128 KiB. Success sends the supplements for review.
