Members move available funds into a wealth balance to earn interest at an annualized rate. Funds stay within the ledger, without an external provider.
Wealth Overview
Two product types are available: flexible and fixed-term. Funds remain within our ledger. A subscription reclassifies funds belonging to the same member rather than transferring them to another party.
Two product types
| Flexible | Fixed-term | |
|---|---|---|
| Interest accrual | Integrated in hourly segments | Principal and interest settled together at maturity |
| Redemption | Any time, using LIFO | Early redemption is not available to clients |
| Rate | Variable; uses the applicable current rate | Snapshotted onto the order when it is placed |

Three common integration mistakes
1. The rollover enum is principal_interest, not both
The three valid values are none · principal · principal_interest.
The Open API rejects unrecognized values immediately, with 400 invalid_request. A configuration error should be detected at once, rather than during reconciliation months later.
⚠ Do not copy our App's behavior here. The member-facing flow silently falls back to the product default for unknown values.
Historically, a member could select “roll over principal and interest”, see it selected in the UI,
and receive a different configuration without a warning. The Open API deliberately behaves differently.
2. Display unrecognized order states as received
Do not default them to “processing”. Misspelled states have previously occurred in this product (pending_value / pending_start). Displaying the original values exposed them immediately.
3. Flexible redemptions use LIFO
Funds that have not yet started accruing interest are deducted first. A subscription followed immediately by a redemption therefore does not forfeit interest already accrued.
