Exchange order list, cursor-paginated

GET /v1/exchange/orders scope: exchange:read

Cursors are opaque strings; do not construct them. Undecodable cursors restart at the beginning rather than error, allowing the next request to recover automatically if our ordering implementation changes.

⚠ Amounts here are integer strings in minor units, such as "500000000", unlike fixed-point strings in POST /v1/exchange/orders, GET /v1/exchange/orders/{id}, and POST /v1/exchange/quotes. This is the only endpoint in this flow using integer strings; do not parse it with the detail endpoint’s parser.

Precision is supplied alongside each row through ledger_scale_from / ledger_scale_to / ledger_scale_fee; insert decimal points yourself. All three are separate: fee denomination depends on direction configuration and need not be inferred from either asset; charging the to side for USDT→USD is common. Reusing either asset’s scale can be wrong for a particular pair.

⚠ Locked quotes not yet executed appear with status: quoted. They are not transactions, expire unused, and move no funds. Filter by status during reconciliation; do not count quoted as executed volume.

Response

200status values: quoted / executing / executed / failed / canceled / reversed, the last being an administrative reversal. Store unknown values unchanged and alert; do not default.
